Northeast Tool & Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist - Technical Lead to support aerospace precision machining. This role involves hands-on setup, operation, troubleshooting, tooling optimization, and mentoring for 2nd shift while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate will have multi-axis experience (3+2 and 5-axis), blueprints and GD&T expertise, and a strong track record in leadership and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Advanced CNC machining experience in milling and turning.
• Experience with 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining preferred.
• Proven ability to train and mentor CNC machinists and operators.

Aufgaben

• Lead 2nd shift CNC machining operations with hands-on setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement and 5S on the shop floor.
• Coordinate production priorities and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
