Pacific Staffing, LLC is seeking a Back Mechanical Inspector (CMM Programmer) for 2nd shift in Tualatin, OR. The role involves reviewing drawings, performing CMM inspections, and ensuring parts meet tolerances.

Responsibilities include coordinating with quality engineers, conducting audits, and maintaining inspection records. Preferred candidates have GD&T and CMM experience with Zeiss or Mitutoyo MCOSMOS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a precision machine shop environment is preferred.
• Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.

Responsabilités

• Review engineering drawings, specs, and blueprints to understand required measurements and tolerances.
• Ensure parts are produced according to blueprints and verify specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specs and tolerances.
• Approve finished products and conduct tests; return items for re-work as needed.
• Perform CMM inspections and verifications on parts, assemblies, and materials.
