Job summary

Johnson Service Group seeks a 2nd shift CMM Operator QA Inspector to ensure data integrity for product verification. You will run CMM programs, review engineering drawings, calibrate probes, and record measurements compared to tolerances.

Requires 2–3 years CMM experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; 2‑year technical college or apprenticeship preferred. Expect standard QA duties and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years experience operating a CMM.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stationary/portable CMM equipment and associated software.
• Install and run CMM programs to support production operations.
• Review drawings and digital models to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Calibrate probes and perform dimensional checks against specifications.
• Document non-conforming conditions and maintain shop area housekeeping.
