Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee a team of janitorial staff in a regulated facility on the night shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on cleanrooms, labs, safety, and adherence to Alcon protocols and GLP/GMP standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inspections, inventory management, and documentation. The ideal candidate has prior supervision in a GxP environment and strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising janitorial staff in a regulated facility.
• Knowledge of cleanroom maintenance and laboratory standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work with regulatory personnel, R&D, and QA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety PPE and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of janitorial staff on the second shift.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments, and team performance.
• Provide training on janitorial processes, cleanliness and safety.
• Foster a positive team environment with clear communication.
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation of cleanrooms, labs, and facilities.
• Ensure adherence to Alcon/GMP/GxP standards and SDS requirements.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and SOPs; complete management reports.
• Track inventory and coordinate supply orders with supervision.
• Hold weekly second-shift meetings to align goals and tasks.
