In this role, you will train new hires, perform routine safety checks, and collaborate with maintenance to implement improvements. A focus on allergen handling and efficient line performance is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food environment or consumer product experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
• Experience operating PIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of various manufacturing equipment and adjust machines during operation and downtime.
• Lead and train new hires to uphold company values and safety standards.
• Support and follow the safety program, policies and procedures.
