Job summary

Capri Communities LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver for the 2nd shift, part-time role to support RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents. You will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living per care plans.

You will assist with mobility and transfers, administer and report medications as required, help with meals, light housekeeping, and resident activities while following regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have current CBRF certifications.
• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers and medication reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to provide personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
