Job summary

Capri Communities LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents at Capri Communities. You will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living according to care plans and regulatory requirements.

Essential responsibilities include following the care plan, assisting with daily living, mobility and transfers, medical administration and reporting, serving meals, light housekeeping, and supporting resident activities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Must have CBRF certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
