Job summary

Capri Communities LLC is hiring for a Caregiver to provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents. The role requires adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements, with a focus on compassionate support and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Must have CBRF certifications.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements
• Assist with plating and serving meals
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
• Assist with resident activities

The 4-Day Work Week

• Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week.
• Eligible 52 Paid Days Off per year
• 8 hour shifts
• Eligible for Full-time and Part-time positions.
• Currently hiring on 2nd shift
• Wage range: $17 per hour-$19 per hour, not including added shift differential.
