Job summary

Kutol Products Company in Sharonville, OH is seeking a hands-on Liquid Processing Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead our Liquid Processing Department, ensuring safe, efficient production and on-time batches.

You will supervise processors and assistants, coordinate schedules, work with QA/Lab to maintain specs, train teammates, and support maintenance while upholding 5S and safety; SAP and MS Office familiarity required; forklift certification desired.

Qualifications

• Supervise and lead Liquid Processing team on 2nd shift.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production with GMP adherence.
• Coordinate production schedules and staffing to keep batches moving.
• Collaborate with QA and Lab to maintain product specs and resolve issues.
• Train, coach, and develop Teammates; drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Liquid Processing Department during 2nd shift to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Supervise Liquid Processors and Processing Assistants; promote teamwork and accountability across shifts.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to keep batches moving efficiently.
• Partner with Quality and Laboratory personnel to maintain specifications and resolve issues.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and support development.
