Job summary

RRD, a global provider of marketing and packaging solutions, seeks a dependable team member to join the Green Bay bindery crew. You will load/unload materials, move items with hand trucks or dollies, apply labels, and bundle pallets for shipping. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Typical duties include stacking materials, tagging, and preparing pallets with necessary paperwork. The position offers hourly pay, benefits, and potential overtime based on shift and performance.

Qualifications

• Should be able to stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment.
• The ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area.
