Job summary

RRD/PCA is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift in Timonium. You'll set up, adjust and operate a range of bindery machines to process printed sheets into final books, catalogs, and manuals.

You will monitor quality and productivity, inspect equipment for safety, and coordinate the crew across multiple workstations to ensure timely production. The role requires familiarity with various bindery processes and precise adjustments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with paper weights, sizes, and colors to adjust machines.
• Ability to read job orders and interpret dimensional requirements.
• Skill in using handtools to adjust bindery machinery.
• Knowledge of set up and operation of folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding/gluing machines.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstations on a single machine.
• Attention to safety and equipment inspection.
