Qualifications

• Train and communicate with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) handling multiple stations.
• Coordinate machine operations to align multiple workstations.
• Direct the production crew through all aspects of binding tasks.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
