Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment per SSOP, recording tasks, and ensuring GMP/SOP adherence. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift operation, and willingness to work overtime or Sundays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to read GMP/SOP and follow facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment per SSOP.
• Remove filters, screens, hoses, and other items to clean and sanitize equipment.
• Perform general plant sanitation including floors and refuse removal.
• Document tasks accurately and coordinate with other departments.
