Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sanitizer Lead to guide the 2nd shift sanitation team in completing CIP processes and sanitation tasks across blending, filling, and packaging areas. This role ensures GMP-compliant work, supports training and coaching, and escalates issues as needed.

You will work Mon-Fri on the 2nd shift, with overtime and weekends as required. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years sanitation/cleaning experience preferred.
• 1+ years production/manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic math proficiency for chemical measurement and titration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide 2nd shift sanitation team on sanitation tasks.
• Coordinate with Sanitation Specialist to review daily priorities and training needs.
• Assign sanitation tasks to ensure daily completion across equipment and areas.
• Support cleaning of blending, carbonating and filling equipment and related areas.
• Maintain GMP standards and document sanitation activities and issues.
