Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sanitizer Lead to guide the 2nd shift sanitation team on CIP processes, cleaning of production areas, and ensuring GMP compliance. You will work closely with the Sanitation Specialist to prioritize tasks and develop trainer plans for the team.

The role requires 4+ years in sanitation/cleaning and 1+ years in production leadership, with ability to lift 50 lbs and perform basic math for chemical measurements. Schedule: M-F, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 4+ years sanitation/cleaning experience.
• 1+ years production/manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion.
• Basic math proficiency for chemical measurement and titration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide 2nd shift sanitation team on daily tasks.
• Assess team member skills and develop training plans.
• Assign sanitation tasks to ensure daily work is completed.
• Oversee cleaning of blending, carbonating, filling equipment, syrup lines and related areas.
• Support housekeeping for Water Treatment Facility and GMP areas.
• Document daily work, issues encountered and solutions using IWS tools.
