Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Requires CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to complete within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience with clients in substance abuse or mental health settings.
• 1 year of supervision experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions.
• Engages clients in milieu activities and groups throughout the day.
• Prompts clients on ADLs and conducts room hygiene checks.
• Performs drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Monitors meals, maintains therapeutic environment, and supports education groups.
• Documents services, incidents, and shift notes in a timely manner.
• Responds to crises with DBT-informed approaches and de-escalation.
• Assists with transportation, admissions, and discharge processes as needed.
