Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engage clients in milieu activities and group settings.
• Assist clients with ADLs and hygiene; perform room hygiene checks.
• Conduct drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Supervise meals and maintain a therapeutic environment at mealtimes.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately and timely.
• Respond to crises and use de-escalation techniques; involve staff as needed.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and monitor medication compliance.
• Support admission processes and complete intake documentation.
