Nexus Family Healing is hiring a Behavioral Health Practitioner for the 2nd shift at our youth crisis and stabilization center in Minneapolis. The role focuses on supporting residents, implementing therapeutic plans, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Eligible candidates must meet education/experience requirements, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to participate in required trainings. Competitive pay and a $500 sign-on bonus are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required and must meet Nexus driving requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities.
• Open to meeting cultural needs of individuals or communities.

Responsabilidades

• Support and reinforce therapeutic plans for residents.
• Provide mentorship and supervision of daily activities according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with coworkers on treatment plan implementation.
• Adapt interactions based on client phases, privileges and restrictions.
• Ensure resident safety and maintain a positive, therapeutic environment.
• Engage with families/support networks to reinforce positive partnerships.

30+ college credits in behavioral sciences

4,000 hours supervised experience

Graduate program in behavioral sciences (clinical training)
