Nexus Family Healing is hiring a Behavioral Health Practitioner for the 3rd shift to support youth at our crisis center in Minneapolis. You will guide clients in their daily operations, engage families, and ensure a therapeutic environment.

The ideal candidate will be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and possess relevant educational or practical experience in behavioral sciences. We embrace diversity and are committed to meeting the cultural needs of individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must successfully pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Support therapeutic plans and guide residents in daily activities.
• Provide mentorship and supervision of resident daily activities.
• Work effectively with families to reinforce positive partnerships.
