Nexus Family Healing is hiring a Youth Care Professional for the 2nd shift in Mendota Heights, MN. The role supports teens in a residential program, assisting with daily living activities and participating in treatment plans to reinforce therapy goals.
The position is full-time (32 hours/week), 3pm–11:30pm with rotating weekends, onsite at 2031 Victoria Rd S. Benefits include PTO, health coverage options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k match, and family-focused wellness resources.
Qualificações
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet driving requirements.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals and communities.
Responsabilidades
- Mentor and supervise client daily activities and behavior.
- Collaborate with team on treatment plans and services.
- Ensure client safety and a respectful, therapeutic environment.
- Engage with families and support networks to reinforce positive partnerships.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
