Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Associate, 2nd Shift, to join our bakery manufacturing team in Stuarts Draft, VA. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to work on high-speed production lines packing our snack cakes.

You will perform line set ups, quality checks, packing, and equipment operation while maintaining safety, hygiene, and accuracy. No prior experience required; reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and safe work practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Read, write and perform basic math.
• Record data using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor line equipment set ups and move product trays.
• Monitor product quality and remove defects to meet targets.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Case-packing and palletizing: cartons into shipping cases and pallets.
• Operate power hoists and electric pallet jacks to lift heavy objects.
