Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Associate, 2nd Shift to join our Manufacturing team at the Stuarts Draft bakery. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and includes on-the-job training to ensure safe and efficient packaging of our snack cakes on a high-speed line.

You will work on a 2nd shift (Sunday–Thursday) onsite, with pay of $22.62–$23.88/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality, safety, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Solid work history with reliable attendance and safe work practices.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50, and occasionally more than 100 pounds.
• Record product data using a computer.
• Work independently and as part of a team, troubleshooting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor line equipment setups and move product trays.
• Monitor product quality and remove defects to meet targets.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets, trays, and shelves.
• Case-pack and palletize by placing cartons into shipping cases.
• Operate power hoists and electric pallet jacks to lift heavy objects.
