Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC in Seelyville near Terre Haute, IN, seeks a reliable 2nd shift Baker to ensure baked products meet specifications and to maintain a clean, safe work area. You will monitor ovens, adjust dough weights, and assist with setup and changeovers.

Work Monday–Friday with overtime Potential on weekends; shift hours are 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Benefits include health/dental/vision, flexible spending, disability, paid holidays and vacation, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school graduate or GED.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule for products being run on assigned oven(s).
• Set up the oven for the item being produced per prescribed procedures.
• Obtain the correct product color sample and adjust dough weight as needed.
• Assist the machine operator at start-up and/or product changeovers.
• Perform quality tests to ensure product meets specifications.
