Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is hiring for a Machine Operator I - Dough Mixer on the 2nd shift in Michigan City, IN. You will operate the dough mixer, ensure product quality, and keep the work area clean according to GMPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include weighing ingredients, recording logs, and communicating changes to the next shift. Requires basic math, reading ability, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing machine and follow designated formulas.
• Record ingredient usage and logs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMPs.
• Check dough times, temperatures, and batch readiness.
• Communicate mix sheet changes to the next shift.
