ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator - Bagger on the 2nd shift in Rothschild, WI. The role involves safely operating and monitoring bagging machines to meet daily production targets within a strict safety and GMP-minded environment.

The candidate should have at least a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to read, write, and record data while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork; good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and record data; lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk/kneel/climb.

Responsabilidades

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor machines to optimize output.
• Check for defects or malfunctions affecting quality.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment problems to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain hazard-free area.
• Maintain records and communicate with supervisors and other operators to meet production goals.
