Job summary

Responsible for supervising production employees in a processing environment and ensuring quality and compliance with company, customer, and government specifications. Role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to train staff while maintaining safety standards and shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 1+ years of manufacturing experience, or 5+ years of progressive manufacturing/meat processing experience.
• Knowledge of USDA and HACCP procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead team activities to produce quality products per company criteria.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and conduct team training.
• Coach team members, resolve issues, and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage production schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with supervision to maximize efficiency and meet goals.
• Support process audits and containment actions to minimize deviations.
• Monitor quality and production targets and implement improvements as needed.
