Kelly is hiring an Automated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Middletown, PA. You will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform basic adjustments, and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated equipment or machines is preferred.
• Manufacturing, CNC, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Comfortable working on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment throughout production.
• Set up and adjust machines per procedures and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems.
• Load materials into automated equipment and remove finished products.
• Perform quality checks according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.
• Meet established production and efficiency goals.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
