Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Experience with machine setup and changeovers.
• Experience handling raw materials in a production environment.
• Experience with labeling, packaging, boxing, and shrink wrapping products.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and work through an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers.
• Handle and transport raw materials to production lines.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production output.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Label, package, and box finished products according to specifications.
• Perform shrink wrapping and palletizing of completed orders.
• Complete production documentation and labeling requirements.
