The role requires a high school diploma or GED and U.S. citizenship. Prior manufacturing or machine operator experience is preferred. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and process discipline with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines (e.g., CMM, polish wheel, abrasive tools) per standard work.
• Read process sheets and deburr, clean, gauge parts.
• Clock labor in Solumina and document results.
• Maintain run charts with dimensional data and DWA logs.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good condition.
• Handle equipment and parts up to 10 lbs as needed.
• Adhere to ACE guidelines, CORE duties, and EH&S rules with PPE.
• Support department objectives and develop skills as required.
