Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Automated Machine Operator in Middletown, PA to monitor automated production equipment and perform quality checks. You will document in-process checks, clear minor jams, and keep machines running efficiently through the shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM on Sundays to Thursdays.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, plastics, or other automated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate automated production machines.
• Perform and document in-process quality checks.
• Clear minor machine jams and restart equipment when needed.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently throughout the shift.
• Notify a technician when machine errors or equipment issues occur.
