Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable Housekeeping team member to support public areas and guest rooms in Kalamazoo, MI. You will perform cleaning tasks, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in public areas (vacuum, sweeping, mopping, garbage).
• Check guest elevators, clean carpets and polish brass.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass and doors.
• Dust all tables, lamps and ledges in public areas.
• Maintain public restrooms and restock supplies.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and respond to requests.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
