Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment, train junior staff, and keep the work area clean and safe, with attention to safety and HIPAA-related confidentiality. High school diploma or GED required, ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and carry out instructions (e.g. operating procedures, safety standards).
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance of lab equipment in surface or finish portions of production.
• Interpret Rx work tickets and follow established procedures.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and advise supervisor on remedies.
• Assist with tool selection, equipment setup, and daily production.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and support packing as needed.
• Follow safety rules, protect confidential information, and participate in training.
