Westminster Village in Illinois seeks an RN or LPN to join the Assisted Living team, delivering and supervising nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents. This role emphasizes safety, compassion, and adherence to care standards in a welcoming environment.

The position supports a 2nd shift (3p-11:30p) including every other weekend and some holidays, with competitive wages and opportunities for wage progression and union eligibility for LPNs.

Qualifications

• Must have current Illinois State License for RN or LPN.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Previous nursing experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Respond to medical needs of residents and monitor care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality at all times.
