Wesley Village in Macomb, IL is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our night shift nursing team. The role runs 6 p.m.–6 a.m. with every third weekend. Build relationships with residents and provide attentive, individualized care in a retirement community setting.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license and CPR certification.
• Dependable with strong nursing judgment.
• Ability to use computers for clinical documentation.
• Dementia care experience preferred.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments, provide wound care, and monitor changes.
• Communicate concerns to physicians and follow orders.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Work with CNAs to support daily care, mobility, and resident preferences.
• Delegate appropriately and follow up to ensure care is completed.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
