Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Supervisor to lead production teams at our Minnesota facility. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in key software tools. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results.
• Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop solutions.
• Work with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes aligned with objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, policies and regulations.
• Promote safety culture and proactive decision-making in daily operations.
• Communicate expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
• Foster trust and accountability through honest and ethical behavior.
• Develop and coach team members toward common goals and business success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
