Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Assembly Lead reporting to the Assembly Supervisor to guide the line, train assemblers, and model good teamwork while keeping the department organized and efficient.

This 2nd shift role runs 2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday, with a $3 shift differential and benefits including paid holidays, vacation, an air-conditioned facility, free health clinic, on-the-job training, and a $1000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing and assisting assembly activities.
• Prepare work by studying instructions, gathering parts and tools.
• Coordinate orders with material handling and production control.
• Assemble components and verify specifications.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
