Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville seeks an Assembly Lead to assist the Assembly Supervisor in directing the line, training assemblers, and maintaining a clean, organized department.

2nd shift hours are 2pm-10pm, Monday–Friday. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation, an air-conditioned facility, a $3 shift differential for 2nd shift, free health clinic, on-the-job training, and a $1000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience leading employees
• Experience with precision measurement tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing assembly work.
• Prepare parts and subassemblies from instructions and blueprints.
• Coordinate orders with material handling and production control.
• Assemble components and verify specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and inventory levels.
