Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated contingent employee to support automotive manufacturing operations. The role is entry-level, temp-to-hire with potential direct hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include assisting production, pulling and packing materials, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes $17.50 per hour, a $150 sign-on bonus after 40 hours, and a $100 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level contingent position in automotive manufacturing.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential direct hire.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 35 lbs, and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
