Job summary

G.Z.Q.S.O. in Warren, MI is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for our automotive manufacturing team. You will assemble components by installing clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and other parts, following work instructions and quality standards.

The position offers 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with starting pay of $15.50/hour and a scheduled raise to $17.00/hour after 90 days, plus weekly pay and opportunities for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Install clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and other components onto automotive parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
