MS Companies is seeking a Production Associate - Packing on the 2nd Shift to support automotive manufacturing operations in Illinois. The role offers a base pay of $17.50 per hour, a $150 sign-on bonus after 40 hours worked, and a $100 referral bonus.

Training is provided and contingent employees have a pathway to direct hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
