Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated Contingent Employee to support operations in the automotive manufacturing sector. This temp-to-hire position provides a pathway to direct hire based on performance and business needs, with duties spanning production, quality, and warehouse tasks.

The role offers a $20.00 per hour rate for 1st shift (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) with opportunities for growth, daily communication with supervisors, and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
