Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is hiring for second shift Assemblers to produce high-quality components and assemblies. The role requires following detailed work instructions, validating materials, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards on the production floor.

Positions range from Assembly I to III, with duties expanding to problem solving, cross-training, and training of newer employees. Strong attention to quality and process adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of complex assembly or related experience for Assembly II/III
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience for Assembly III

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Validate materials prior to beginning assembly.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Lead problem solving with peers or supervisor as needed.
• Cross-train across multiple assembly areas as required.
