Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks an Assembler II/III for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; OT Fridays) in Delaware. You will perform structured assembly using schematics, maintain safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

You may cross-train across stations, grow product knowledge, and use ERP tools to track materials and production data. Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; II requires 1 year of complex assembly or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; III requires 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per instructions and schematics using appropriate PPE and tools.
• Follow quality standards and participate in continuous improvement (Drive to Zero).
• Cross train across assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Understand product impact on the business and maintain ERP data integrity.
• Provide training on work instructions when required.
