Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED optional; basic reading of instructions.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, BOMs and manufacturing specs.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks to support daily operations.
• Operate coil winding equipment and related machines.
• Prepare coils by bending, cutting, soldering and wiring.
• Safely use pneumatic and hydraulic tools and robotic welding equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations following Lean principles.
• Follow safety policies and quality standards.
