Randstad USA in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an assembler to timely build sub-assemblies and final assemblies for Power Distribution Units and transformers, following SOPs and using hand tools, power tools, and cranes. You will perform wiring, inspect parts, calibrate, and maintain 5S housekeeping, with a 1:45 PM–10:15 PM shift.

Qualifications include attention to detail and adherence to safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs to assemble sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Ability to use fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools.
• Must comply with safety rules and 5S housekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications.
• Perform point to point wiring during assembly of Power Distribution Units.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Operate ovens and VPI tanks as part of the process.
• Adhere to EH&S rules and contribute to process improvements.
