Job summary

Yaskawa America, Inc. / Motoman in Franklin, WI is hiring Assemblers for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3pm–1am) with on-the-job training and benefits starting day one. You will perform wire stripping, crimping and cutting, and assist with mechanical adjustments while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and, ideally, about one year of mechanical/electrical manufacturing experience. Strong reading/writing in English and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of mechanical/electrical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• One year mechanical/electrical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English, add, subtract, count and record with extreme accuracy, measure, multiply and divide whole numbers efficiently and follow instructions.
• Consistently perform work in a timely, safe, and thorough manner.
