Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Cook for the 2nd shift in Lynn, MA (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The role emphasizes safe production, adherence to GMP/HACCP, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare soups from scratch, monitor quality, and ensure proper ingredient handling.

The position offers full-time hours, a base hourly pay of $19.75–$20.25 plus a 5% target bonus and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe working practices.
• Perform daily area checks for non-compliance and report.
• Ensure finished product conforms to specs.
• Manufacture quality products efficiently within time/quantity.
• Follow GMPs and HACCP plans.
• Maintain clean production area.
• Report downtime to maintenance.
• Communicate issues to supervisors.
• Handle ingredients and soup quality checks.
• Follow recipes and take viscosity readings.
