The role requires a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience, with crane and forklift certifications preferred. Includes union benefits and overtime options.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to certify in overhead crane, jib crane and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Winds, lays out, and winds stators and rotors per engineering specs.
• Assembles temperature sensing devices per requirements.
• Inspects and tests winding assemblies during production.
• Reads blueprints and work instructions to follow BOMs and procedures.
• Performs electrical tests during winding and assists in final inspection.
