PacAero is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician in Agawam, MA to perform micro-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies using microscopes and precision tools. You will follow detailed instructions, inspect work for quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production meets aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• 1–3 years in assembly, manufacturing, electronics or related field.
• Experience with microscope assembly or inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform micro-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies using microscopes and hand tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions and drawings; inspect work throughout assembly.
• Collaborate with Assembly, Quality and Engineering to maintain production quality.
