Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite role in Miramar, FL. The position supports aerospace maintenance and repair activities, including inspection, rework, assembly, and testing of electronic components.

You will follow FAA regulations, participate in EH&S, and work with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets. Qualified candidates have a HS diploma with relevant experience, along with CMM, blueprint, and technical document familiarity; A&P license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMs, technical sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Must meet FAR 65.71(a)(2) English language requirements and related FAA repair station knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement and EH&S activities.
• Resolve problems by working with supervisors and support personnel.
• Enter and retrieve information in SAP for daily activities.
• Inspect, rework, repair, scrap, and replace aerospace components as needed.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, troubleshoot, and test electronic components.
